RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance
  • Identify staffing needs and manage weekly schedules
  • Mentor and develop store personnel
  • Handle customer concerns with professional resolution
  • Maintain store inventory and merchandising standards

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Ability to operate equipment and cash registers efficiently
  • Meets state requirements for fuel and alcohol handling
